General Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions of the online store www.frizerskaoprema.si are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and deal with the operation of the store, the rights of the store user and the business relationship between the provider (GOLCOM doo) and the customer (you).
The online store (hereinafter also “store”) is operated by the company GOLCOM doo, registration number: 7259182000, tax number: SI 43395325, which is also a provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter also “Company”).
The General Terms and Conditions determine the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the store and the customer. The buyer is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order). When placing an order, the user is reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and confirms his / her acquaintance with them by placing an order.
Method of payment
The provider allows the following methods of payment:
- Proforma invoice (payment by proforma invoice – bank transfer). If you decide to pay by proforma invoice, you will receive a proforma invoice by e-mail. Goods are shipped when the amount is fully paid.
- Credit card – make a payment with a credit card via the online payment interface (switch to secure payment)

Prices
All prices are in euros and include value added tax. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.
The provider reserves the right to daily price changes.
The purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order (the buyer receives an e-mail about the current status of the order: In process). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

Purchase process
- Order accepted
After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. In this step, the customer has the opportunity to cancel the order via e-mail to the address with a clear address of the message STORNACIJA within one hour.
- Order confirmed
If the customer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing when the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The bidder may call the buyer on his contact telephone number to verify the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. In the event of a change in delivery time, the provider notifies the buyer. If the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can notify the provider, who will remove the item from the order and return to the buyer any funds already paid, and other items from the order at the choice of the buyer, or delivered, or cancel the entire order. The bidder does not assume any responsibility for damage that would occur due to longer delivery times or due to non-delivery of goods that the bidder does not have in stock in its own warehouse. - Goods sent
The bidder prepares, dispatches the goods within the agreed deadline and notifies the buyer by e-mail.
The right to withdraw from the purchase, return of goods
The buyer has the right to inform the provider within 15 days that he will return the purchased goods (to the contact e-mail address) without stating a reason in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot). The goods must be returned within a further 30 days of notification of the return of the goods.
The option to withdraw from the contract is intended so that you can open the item, inspect it and if it does not suit you, or if your expectations were wrong, you withdraw from the purchase. These recommendations do not apply if the item is defective or does not work at the time of purchase -> in this case you are advertising the purchase.
Refund of purchase price
If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund all payments made in accordance with the law after receiving the goods and finding that they are undamaged, in the same quantity and not yet used. The costs of returning the goods upon withdrawal from the order are borne by the buyer.
We will refund the money as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the order and the return of the goods. When returning the goods, the buyer also sends an invoice for the goods and personal data and a transaction account to which he wants the payment to be returned.
Order rejection
The Hairdressing Equipment online store may reject an order for which it finds that it cannot carry it out under the stated conditions and the information at its disposal.
Order storage
Submitted electronic order or. the sales contract is stored at the company’s headquarters. At the request of the consumer, he receives a copy of the order by e-mail or. to the physical address specified in the order. The request can be submitted to our e-mail address or in writing to the company’s headquarters.
Warranty
Items have a warranty if stated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid following the instructions on the warranty card and upon submission of the invoice.
Warranty information is also provided on the product presentation page. If there is no warranty information, the item does not have a warranty or the information is not known at this time. In the latter case, the customer can contact the “Company”, which will provide up-to-date information.
Delivery
The bidder will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time.
The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is Pošta Slovenije, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will be able to fulfill the order more efficiently.

Protection of personal data
The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user. The provider keeps the IP addresses of all e-commerce visitors for an indefinite period of time, and for registered members also: name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone, primary address and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive of communication with the provider .
The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. Under no circumstances will the user’s data be passed on to unauthorized persons.
The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his / her potential username and password and the appropriate software (anti-virus) protection of his / her computer.

Opinions or comments of users and reviews of products written by customers are part of the functionality of the store, which is intended for the user community.
The provider will not publish opinions or contributions that are in any way offensive, obscene or in the opinion of the provider do not offer benefits to other users and visitors.
By submitting an opinion or comment, the user expressly agrees to the terms of use and allows the provider to publish part or all of the text in all electronic and other media. The provider has the right to use the content indefinitely and for any purpose that is in the business interest of the provider, including publication in advertisements or other marketing communications.
At the same time, the author of the opinion declares and guarantees that he is the owner of the material and moral copyrights for the written opinions and comments, and that he transfers these rights to the provider non-exclusively and indefinitely.
Disclaimer
The provider makes every effort to ensure compliance and updating of the information published on its websites. Nevertheless, the products, their stock and price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the websites.
In such a case, the provider will notify the customer of any changes and allow him to cancel the order or replace the ordered product. All product photos are symbolic and do not guarantee the characteristics of the product and are for informational purposes only.
Complaints
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of problems, the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail.
